Terms of stay
These terms apply to stays booked with Newbuilt. Placeholder structure — final wording to be confirmed before launch.
1. Bookings and payment
To be confirmed: deposit/balance schedule, payment processing by the booking platform, and when a booking is considered confirmed.
2. Cancellations and changes
To be confirmed: the full cancellation policy, including refund windows, date-change rules and what happens for no-shows.
3. Security bond
To be confirmed: bond amount (if any), how it is held, and the conditions for deductions.
4. Occupancy and use
To be confirmed: maximum guests, no parties/events, visitor rules, and compliance with the NSW Short-Term Rental Accommodation Code of Conduct.
5. House rules
To be confirmed: the binding version of the house rules (smoking, pets, noise/quiet hours, parking).
6. Damage and liability
To be confirmed: guest responsibility for damage, owner liability limits, and insurance notes.
7. Privacy
To be confirmed: cross-reference to the Privacy page; what booking data is collected and by whom.
